Left Coast Water Polo provides access and use of the LCWP website at www.lcwpsports.com ("Site"), subject to your agreement to the following "Terms of Use" (the "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully before accessing or using the Site. By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms, which are as follows:
1. The content of the pages of the Site is for your general information and use only. It is subject to change without notice.

Neither LCWP nor any third parties provide any warranty or guarantee as to the accuracy, timeliness, performance, completeness or suitability of the information and materials found or offered on the Site for any particular purpose. You acknowledge that such information and materials may contain inaccuracies or errors and LCWP expressly excludes liability for any such inaccuracies or errors to the fullest extent permitted by law.
3. Your use of any information or materials on the Site is entirely at your own risk, for which LCWP shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this Site meet your specific requirements.
4. This Site contains material which is owned by or licensed to LCWP. This material includes, but is not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance and graphics. Reproduction is prohibited other than in accordance with the copyright notice, which forms part of these terms and conditions.
5. AThat all artwork/design work is the property of LCCD/LCWP. Reproduction is prohibited without consent of LCCD, LLC
6. You may not create a link to this Site from another website or document without LCWP’s prior written consent.
7. Your use of this Site and any dispute arising out of such use of the Site is subject to the laws of Orange County, California.
Privacy Policy
LCWP is committed to respecting the privacy of online visitors and pledges its best efforts to that end. In general, you can visit the Site on the Web without telling us who you are or revealing anything about yourself.
In order to provide a more comprehensive and useful site, the Site contains links to other Web sites. LCWP is not responsible for the privacy practices of these sites.
Design Process
1. Contact us via email or phone 1-866-949-5223.
2. Tell us about your team such as website, past designs, team colors, boys and girls, etc.
3. Indicate the person/s who is/are authorized to make final decisions for the High School, Club, College or University team.
4. You can help save time if you have a "theme" in mind. This allows our in house graphics art team to focus on specifics details during the artwork phase. LCWP prides itself on original thematic team concepts.
5. We confirm the thematic design concept with you before starting to design.
6. Within two weeks we present a design/s that fits the look that you want for your team.
7. We will email the design/s to you. Take some time to look at and discuss the designs with others responsible for approval.
8. Get back to us with a response:
1. Approved – this gives us the ability to move to production.
2. Modification – This is were you have the ability to make changes to the artwork for final approval.
3. Not what we are looking for – go back to drawing board.
1. Before any apparel production starts your team representative will have to send an email confirmation of artwork approval and order.
2. LCWP will start the set-up of approved artwork for layout and production.
3. We begin production in our facilities in Orange County, California. Unless ordering Agon products out of Spain.
4. We invoice you, so during this time collect team apparel funds so that payment is made. Gear will not be shipped without full payment to LCWP.
5. Please allow 2-3 weeks for your team gear to be processed. Unless ordering Agon product – allow 3-4 weeks.
6. When LCWP receives payment in full for your gear we will ship out your gear via UPS ground. If you wish for another shipping method, or require toyur gear faster you will be responsible for the upgraded cost of shipping.
7. You will quickly receive your gear and have a great season.

THERE ARE NO USAGE RIGHTS GIVEN FOR ANY WORK DONE BY LEFT COAST CUSTOM DEISGNS LLC. UNLESS AN AGREEMENT IS WRITTEN UP PRIOR TO THE COMMENCEMENT OF THE PROJECT.
